Program Mission Statement:

To provide a Softball Program that promotes fairness and opportunity for each participant. To build respectful, academically superior, dedicated, hardworking athletes to be role models for all of Oak Ridge High School.
 

Program Philosophy:

To expect success through hard work, discipline, consistency, and dedication. All athletes will work together to form a unified Softball Program. Athletes will expect nothing but the best from themselves and their teammates while developing a desire to win. We will strive to perform on and off the field with respect, integrity, and encouragement. We will not tolerate negativity within the program, and discourage the participation of any of those who cannot participate as a TEAM PLAYER.
