The Oak Ridge Softball Program is committed to providing a positive and competitive environment that promotes fairness, opportunity, and growth for every athlete. We strive to develop respectful, academically driven, dedicated, and hardworking student-athletes who serve as role models within Oak Ridge High School and the community.

Success in our program is built through hard work, discipline, consistency, and dedication. We believe in fostering a unified team culture where every athlete contributes to the strength of the program.

Our athletes are expected to hold themselves and their teammates to the highest standards, both on and off the field, while developing a strong desire to compete and succeed. We emphasize respect, integrity, accountability, and encouragement in everything we do.

We are committed to creating a positive team environment. Negativity and actions that go against the team-first mindset will not be tolerated. Every member of this program is expected to embrace the role of a team player and contribute to the success of the whole.
